Either a commercial herbicide, or boiling water poured on the weeds.
Mix up some salt and vinegar and spray that on the weeds. You will have this problem reoccur unless you put something under the rocks to act as a barrier. Why not plant something pretty that you won’t mind popping up between the rocks?
