Advice for cleaning lava rock landscaping, please?
WickyB asked:
We have lava rocks around our landscaping, which is nice but when twigs & leaves get into it, you’re talking about an ongoing hassle.Debris is hard to get to sometimes & I was wondering if a leaf blower would help, unless it blows the rocks out of their realm.Any suggestions as to a quick & easier solution for maintenance?

For normal rock a leaf blower works great but I am not sure how it will work for lava rock. If I were you I would rent or borrow one to see how it works. It might work if you run it at half throttle.
A leaf blower works great but you do need to use it on a low speed. Try holding the nozzle a foot or so off the ground using a back and forth motion. If you don’t have one already you might want to buy an electric model that comes with a vacuum attachment and bag to suck up any leaf and trash.
