Please help with suggestions for backyard landscaping, design?
I am having a lot of trouble deciding on a design, and features for my backyard. It is a pie shaped lot on a cul-de-sac.
I live in Southern Ontario, Canada.
Here are some pictures and a ‘map’ of my yard:

I have an easement (5 feet) on both sides (not the back) of my property, so any permanent structures are out - but, and plants, walkways, etc are okay - they can be temporarily moved if absolutely needed.
I am planning on building a shed this year - fairly large and placing in in the top right of the yard as pictured above (near the #6)
Some things we want are:
Interesting plants. Some maintainence is okay, but we don’t have time to spend hours every weekend - an intensive spring/fall cleanup is okay
Walkway of some kind - preferrably no poured concrete
Patio area. I am thinking of a small area (~15 feet wide circle, interlock brick, with built in firepit in middle
More details at the website link. Thank

Around the easement, planting azaleas of various colors will work out really well for you. They like the sunlight, and if you feed them mid-fall and again right after everything thaws out in spring you get some of the most brilliant blooms in outrageous quantity you’ve ever seen, especially when they get matured. On the sides, Leyland cypresses will provide a cool looking natural border, and shade later on, but you have to plant them properly. They need to be about 10 feet apart, and it will take time for them to fill in. You may want to try dogwoods instead. They also bloom and flower out really well every spring, especially if you do fall and spring feeding. You can get large, flat paving bricks to make the walkway and patio area. They have an interlock built in, and they look great. Just make sure the ground is as flat as can be before you lay them down, and take a rubber mallet and tap them into place. I’d use them for the walkway and patio. I would also try makong a circle out of them off one corner of the deck for the patio. It should look fairly cool. A clay firepot or one of the large copper fire bowls would look right at home in that. Just remember to get a proffessional to show you how to plant the azaleas and dogwoods right. It will make all the difference in the world for how well they do, reduce maintenance, improve water consumption, and they’ll look better year round.
I would make 3 or4 flower gardens in the yard and plant perrenials and even wild flowers. Make them different shapes and sizes. You could also put a small water fall in one if them. Your yard is great for this, lots of room!. Peterborough, on.
