What’s an cheap and easy way in landscaping your backyard?

Landscapers charge us for like… $2000-$2500… and… we feel like… it’s not worth it… so we decided to get the materials our self so it would cost less.. but i don’t think it’s easy because,,, first of all… bricks are heavy… secondly we don’t have a truck to carry those bricks from home depot… so what’s a cheap and easy way to landscape our backyard?

i don’t know where you live but i’d say rocks.
HD rents trucks for $20 for 11/4 hrs and they will load the pallets for you if you want to use pavers. HP Henry will deliver for a fee.
Sounds like your going to have to work hard to save some cash! I believe you can rent a truck by the hour at most home depots. Your gonna have to get dirty! Put some music on grab a beer and make it fun.
You could get the bricks delivered. Lowe’s delivers, don’t know about Home Depot. Also, they will rent you a truck pretty cheap. But a lot of bricks gets expensive too. What are you making with the bricks ?
If you explain a little more in detail what changes you want to make, I’m sure someone here could help you out.
If your looking at Lowe’s, they will rent a truck around $70.00 w/ reservation and proof of your auto insurance. Menards will do the same for about $40.00 and almost the same requirements. Both of these stores ( south east WI) have a limit on the rental time, I think it’s 70 minutes.
Make bricks or concrete. I’ve gotten some great books with recipes and great picture ideas from the library.
Transplant wildflowers or bushes from friend or neighbor. I like organic seeds, too.
