How much does it cost to install a backyard sprinkler system?

Can I plant grass over landscaping cloth?

What to do about the rocks and stuff left in a new home dirt-lot backyard?

chotmanee d asked: My backyard is a dirt-lot (since it’s a new home). It’s full of all those rocks and a smattering of nails.
What is usually done about this? Do they have to remove all rocks before doing landscaping? Do they just do landscaping over the rocks?
